- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am from crossville and drove all the way to cookville for the first time, only to find out that they wont pull my very cracked tooth. I went to yellow pages and found Dr.Koletar. I had the best customer service from the time i spoke with valerie to make my appt to arriving and being helped by Dr.Koletar assistant Ernie. I was so nervouse about this tooth pull and he went out of his way to make me smile and comfortable. The Dr. was wonderful and friendly and quick.
